Darcie joined Chorney Sidhu in September 2023, where she is continuing her varied personal injury practice with a focus on clients who have sustained serious injuries as a result of motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, product liability, dog bites/attacks, assaults, and other acts of negligence. She also handles Accident Benefits, Disability claims, Long and Short Term Disability, and CPP Disability matters on behalf of her clients.

Darcie has conducted mediations, hearings at the Licence Appeal Tribunal, and has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Divisional Court. Prior to joining Chorney Sidhu, Darcie practiced plaintiff-side personal injury litigation in Toronto.

In her spare time, Darcie enjoys travelling, photography, learning about art and wine, and spending time with her family and friends.

Darcie attended law school at Queens University, graduating in 2002, and was called to the Bar in 2003.
Darcie obtained her LL.M at the London School of Economics in London, England in 2004.

Savannah has placed a personal focus on helping victims who suffer from traumatic brain injuries as a result of her own family’s tragic experience in dealing with her only Aunt who was a victim of a catastrophic pedestrian accident resulting in a traumatic brain injury.

Savannah is a former college athlete playing both basketball and tennis. Athletics continue to be very much an important part of her life. On her own time, Savannah enjoys participating in endurance sports such as jogging and cycling with a particular addiction to her Peloton. Savannah also is an avid reader and a student of Stoic Philosophy. To Savannah, practicing law is similar to training for a marathon- one step at a time, repeatedly and consistently.

Savannah would describe her legal style as scrappy, objective and confident. Savannah plays all the way to the last whistle and prides herself on being the hardest worker in the room.
